A Nelson property once earmarked for a major housing development has been sold.
The former Kutenai Landing site next to the Chahko Mika Mall changed hands this week.
Sun 3 Holdings Inc. bought it for $1.9-million.
But no word yet what they plan to do with it.
The property was on the market for just over a year.
