Applications open for Millennium Park sponsorships

Councillor Dan Rye says they’ve had interest in the past from parties that want to recognize loved ones who have passed on by purchasing a new city owned amenity.


The City will maintain the sponsored items for 10 years.

Rye says the initiative hopes to add to the developments going on in the park like the Ponds Project, the Rotary concession and the proposed bike skills park.

Amenities available for sponsorship include benches, picnic tables, tree planting and bike racks.
