Trail is unveiling an extensive communication plan for residents before the public decides if they want the City to borrow nearly $5 million to construct a pedestrian pipe bridge.
The $12,000 plan outlines a number of components that need to be considered especially illustrating to citizens the crossing is a one time opportunity to partner with the RDKB and save money.

Jolly says they also propose they add town hall meetings to the campaign leading up to the expected July vote.
A referendum was forced after 10% of the electorate supported a petition against the crossing.
