Three counts of attempted murder have been laid following Friday’s incident in Krestova.
Laurence Darren Charles McKay, 35, appears in Nelson provincial court today.
He’s also charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, and possession of a firearm while prohibited.
He was arrested at Thrums after a report of a man pointing a gun in a home.
Police say one shot was fired outside the home after the occupants fled, but there were no injuries.
