Preliminary hearing in Skey case scheduled for fall

Preliminary hearing dates have been set for the teen charged with uttering threats at Mount Sentinel school in South Slocan.

Denver Tyler Skey, 18, will be in court Oct. 31, Nov. 1, and Nov. 7.

He’s accused of three charges from an incident in June that led to the school’s grad ceremony being postponed.

He remains in custody.
