The regional fire chief says Rossland shouldn’t suffer because one of its engines is now in Trail.
It’s been moved until a new truck arrives to replace a vehicle that was having transmission issues.
But Terry Martin says the shuffle won’t affect their ability to respond to emergencies in Rossland.
Rossland still has another engine and a water tender.
