A local organization is celebrating International Women’s Day.
Michelle Postnikoff is a coordinator at the Castlegar Women’s Centre which is operated through Castlegar and District Community Services.
She says the center is an important place for women in the community.
The centre marked the day by holding an open house.
The open house wrapped up at 2:00 pm.
