The residents of BC’s smallest municipality re-elected three incubments along with one newcomer to village council.
Silverton mayor Colin Ferguson had already been acclaimed, but incumbent councillors Brian Mills (91), Clarence Denbok (72) and Leah Main (61) were returned to office, along with newcomer Margaret Scaia (78), who lost to Mills in this year’s by-election.
On the outside looking in are Luce Paquin (52) and longtime incumbent Arlene Yofonoff (40).
Ninety-seven of 150 eligible voters cast their ballots, a turnout of 65 per cent.
