A local company will handle the first phase of Nelson’s downtown revitalization.
Maglio Installations has won the contract for the Stores to Shores project with the low bid of $2.8 million.
City manager Kevin Cormack says work begins this month and continues until November.
Maglio was one of two local firms to submit tenders along with three from the Okanagan.
