One of BC’s longest running triathlons goes Sunday morning in Nelson.
Between 200 and 250 athletes are expected to take part in the annual Cyswog’n’fun.
We asked cycling director Ross Mcnamara what keeps them coming back.
Nelson rotary stepped in to help to ensure the event continued this year.
The Olympic length course includes a 1,500 meter swim, 44 km cycle and 10 km run.
The deadline to sign up is today at 5:30 at trinelson.com
