Good early response for airport survey

A survey regarding the West Kootenay Regional Airport in Castlegar is yielding quite a few responses.

It is being dealt out by local chambers to various businesses asking them questions regarding current usage and possible improvements to it’s reliability.

Mayor Lawrence Chernoff is happy with the amount of businesses giving feedback so far.

Chernoff says the survey is still in progress and it will close at the end of the month.

He hopes the collected data can go a long way to help stating a strong case for improvements to the airport.
