A recovery operation for the three young men who drowned in Slocan Lake more than two weeks ago is expected to happen Wednesday.
This as a specialist underwater recovery company hired by some of the families reports they have spotted the bodies in about 500-feet of water.
Ten days of searching following the May 10th canoeing tragedy proved fruitless.
But RCMP say the ongoing hunt by the private company made the discovery in an area further from the shore than was originally reported.
More equipment is being brought in and RCMP divers will assist in the recovery.
The boating incident also claimed the life of a young woman.
