Bids have closed on renovating the fourth floor of Rossland’s historic Miners’ Hall.
Ann Damude of the arts council says we should know in a couple of weeks who will do the work.
Damude says work on the building’s roof and siding is expected to wrap up around the end of August.
The fourth floor will then be turned into a green room for performers and other community space.
It’s hoped the hall will re-open in January.
