Castlegar’s mayor is encouraging residents to attend the city’s budget open house on Wednesday.
Lawrence Chernoff says it’s your chance to see how your tax dollars will be spent.
Chernoff says they’ve already incorporated some suggestions from the public.
Big ticket items include almost $2 million to develop the airport intersection and access road and another $5 million to redevelop Columbia Ave.
The meeting is April 11 at the community forum from 5 until 7.
