Climber injured in Brilliant

An injured climber at the Brilliant climbing area prompted a response from Castlegar Fire Rescue yesterday. After taking stock of the situation, fire rescue sought more expertise for the rescue says fire Chief Sam Lattanzio.

Lattanzio says coordination and teamwork was required.

The injured climber was found to be in serious but stable condition and was extracted via helicopter to hospital.
