Grand Forks mayoral candidate wants better communication

One of the five candidates for mayor of Grand Forks wants to push for better communication with citizens.

Educator Donna Semenoff is running a campaign that includes the city and council having more interaction with residents.

Semenoff says council should look at all decision-making with an eye on being friendly, affordable and ensuring the city remains beautiful.
