Rossland candidate wants to be conduit for community ideas

Former federal and provincial election Green Party candidate Andy Morel says the current council has not been open to community and ideas.

The carpenter sees himself as a conduit for the community as there are many people with great ideas in the community but can’t commit the time to be at the council table.
