Nelson mayoral candidate Deb Kozak says the concerns from some on the Hall St project regarding changes to traffic flow, parking space loss and issues with deliveries can be addressed.
But she adds the project is not just about vehicles.
Kozak doesn’t think the project will work unless concerns are addressed but she’s also reminding business owners that “…we need to be ready for some change.”
She says the whole point of the Hall St corridor project is to boost downtown business and also create a link to the waterfront.
