Atamanenko unaffected by satellite office ruling

A local MP isn’t among 60 New Democrats who will have to repay a total of $2.75 million for a satellite office.

A statement from the House of Commons speaker orders them to reimburse all salary costs over a three year period.

Southern Interior MP Alex Atamanenko says he’s not affected but nevertheless disputes the ruling.

Atamanenko says the party will challenge the decision in court.
