Water service disruption scheduled for Trail Wednesday, Feb 12

On Wednesday, Feb. 12, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. there will be a water service interruption for residents of 1400 Block of Columbia Avenue, 1400 Block of Second Avenue (even numbers), as well as 1500 and 1503 Columbia Avenue, to accommodate a water service line repair.

Prepare in advance by having water on hand.  The City of Trail says to consider filling your bathtub to use as a water source to fill the back of your toilets.

If you experience discoloured water and air when the water service is turned back on, run your cold taps for several minutes until the water clears.
