Union concerned about reduction in ICBC claims staff

The union representing Nelson’s lone ICBC claims clerk supports sharing space with Service BC.

But COPE 378 vice-president Annette Toth isn’t happy with how staffing has declined in recent years.

She says the last remaining employee’s workload has definitely increased as a result.

This week the Nelson claims centre moved from the foot of Baker St. into the ground floor of city hall.
