AFKO (West Kootenay Francophone Association) is hosting the first edition of the YÉ DAY FEST: Dare to embrace Joie de Vivre on May 25 on Spokane St/Esling Park in Rossland.

Picture a giant catapult to throw cheese curds at a poutine or a giant croissant to climb over, and you’ve got a taste of what will make YÉ DAY FEST an one-of-a-kind event that embraces art, culture, and joy. This is an event put up by the Francophone community (16% of Rossland’s population)and partnering businesses for the whole community to enjoy at barely no costs.
